Losing belly fat.

I've always managed to stay active, but have always kept a belly. Decided to really start paying attention to what I eat and keeping track of my calorie and nutrients intake. Any tips on losing belly fat, I'm all ears.

There is no magic pill or way to remove fat from a particular section of your body, unless you try one of them expensive cool sculpting treatments. Usually time, exercise and eating right is the only way. CICO0

Try intermittent fasting. Google it. Watch BBC Documentary. Pick the fast that works for your lifestyle. So far, great results!7

I will definitely look that up. I am doing all the things I didn't want to follow before0

You just have to lose weight (fat) overall. You can't spot reduce. The midsection is primary fat stores for most men...primary fat stores are first on, last off.2

What does this have to do with OPs question? IF is just an eating schedule, nothing else. Weird.5 -

What time of the day you eat your food has nothing to do with increasing fat loss or targeting fat in a particular area of your body (the latter of which can't be accomplished no matter what). The claims being made everywhere about intermittent fasting are ridiculous and highly overhyped.1 -
So far have managed to drop quite a few lbs, and fasting and hitting the sauna every so often, have helped in loosing belly fat. But being in calorie deficit has been the key with lifting weights and continuing to have cardio as part of my routine, just not the main meal.1
