32 year old looking to lose 10 pounds

Hi - I'm looking to lose 10 pounds ... I've started my fitness pal logs over and looking for folks who post. I tend to get lost in the forum but enjoy following some good people's successes from their daily journey.

A lil about me... I'm 32, female, and love to eat. I'm weighing in at 138 right now. I was paleo for about 10 months and I loved it, but haven't been following it lately. I needed a break from it. I fully intend to get back in it, but I'm not a preacher of this or any exercise or nutrition program. It's really about in vs out in my opinion.

I like to mix up my exercise. Tennis, walks, runs, lifting, flywheel class, kickboxing, I do what's fun and try to stay active. Looking to meet others with similar thoughts.

I don't always track my food, but I'm always aware. I check in almost every day.

Please add me if this sounds like you or a friend! A lot of my "friends" have turned inactive.
