My smoothie base is banana and milk, then I use either frozen berries, or lime juice, or nuts, and maybe cocoa. It's not a complete meal, so I always have something else with it.0

My new favorite is 1 cup ice, 2 tbsp. PB powder, 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 cup spinach, and 1/2 a frozen banana.1

1 banana
1 cup of frozen blueberries
1 cup of raw kale ( frozen or fresh )
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1-2 cups of unsweetened almond milk

My fave go to smoothie is a.........
1/2 a frozen banana
Frozen raspberries
Frozen mango
Frozen strawberries
1/2 a cup of greek yogurt
Tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup of vanilla unsweetened almond milk
3 packets of Splenda
I buy the big bags of frozen fruit medleys at Costco and I cut up a bunch of bananas and freeze them in a ziplock bag.
