Benefits of losing 10kg or 10% of body weight

10% is my first target and I'm wondering how wonderful life will be when I get there - I'm looking for your experiences/thoughts.

I think 10 kilos or 10% is a good goal if it makes a decent impact, without leaving you too lean.0

At 10% my back quit hurting. I recall the afternoon I took off from work and went to a museum. Over an hour of walking around without sitting to rest. Big NSV at the time.
And this- I rewarded myself with a new suit. That suit was a game changer. I was suddenly taking pride in my appearance. Before long, as the losses kept coming, I was in the running for best dressed guy in the office.
And this- at 20% I was reaping big benefits. My my knees didn’t hurt. And I got rid of my CPAP, didn’t need it. Can’t get to 20% without 10%.
