Hi guys! I am not new to this app and forget to use it a lot of the time since I’m pretty consistent with my diet and exercise. But, recently I’ve wanted to reach out to people who do need help and tips with fitness or diet. I am not a certified trainer or nutritionist but I grew up being a pretty competitive athlete (soccer) and started lifting weights in high school. I am also very knowledgeable about nutrition and eating right. So just message me or add me if you need any helpful tips!

Why not just answer the questions people post publicly?
It always seems suspicious to me that people want people to message them.

I just thought it would be more personable and rather than explaining myself in a comment, I could get into detail much more. But I could also do that as well I guess. Thanks for the nice advice.0

Yeah, I mean, we're all strangers, but at least when people give advice on a public post, others can weigh in and provide assurance if something is accurate or warn if it is woo/bogus. I don't think I'd seek out advice privately from a self-described "knowledgeable" stranger (No offense)0
