Best in what way: Most fun, biggest calorie burn in total, best calorie burn per minute, improves cardiovascular system most, increases strength fastest, . . . ?
No one thing does it all.
But the one you enjoy doing so much that you'd do it even if it wasn't good for you. . . that one's infinitely better than a theoretically perfect exercise you don't enjoy so you rarely/never do it.
Find the fun. Mine is mainly on-water rowing, with a side of biking & spin class.0
