    Hello! And welcome!

    I have a question. I am and have always been primarily a runner and haven’t really delved into strength training. I would love to incorporate some strength training into my workouts but do not want to join a gym. I would be open to purchasing some dumb bells. What are some simple by effective exercises I can do without much equipment?
