Re-dedicating myself to BBG and MFP in 2018!

So I have been tracking on MFP for years but I've been doing it solo. I have a stubborn 25 lbs that I blame grad school comfort eating/getting my first desk job/relationship weight. I have been super insecure about my weight gain and it's affected me in little ways over time and it's just exhausting. This seems to be the year of changes and I feel super energized to give it my all this time.
I am 3.5 weeks into Kayla Itsines BBG (pre week), and I love/hate it! It is brutal but I feel like a badass after ward. She might be trying to kill me with those jump lunges though. One thing I have seen on the program is that community seems to really help! So I am introducing myself in the hopes of meeting some accountabilibuddies!
