Newbie!! need some friends and motivation!!

Hi all Im 28 and a mum to 4 children. i had my last on boxing Day 2011. Over the past year i have piled on the pounds and its making me dislike myself. I dont sit still i am always on the go. My profile picture is of where i want to be in a few months that was me 6 weeks after my first son i seem to pop back to size. i will update picture.

I try and eat healthy foods and i love my fruit and veg, but the downside is having 4 children who eat sweets, crisps so we always have these things in and unless im extremly busy i tend to pick!!

I am on this journey for the long haul i weigh 154lb and would love to get to 130lb. I am hitting this hard as i wanna feel better in myself. My downfall is Fizzy Drinks so once the last has gone poss down the sink then its cold refeshing water :)

Its annoying coz my partner is 37 and he weighs 140lbs and he eats everything and anything so that depresses me even more.

I have started this morning at 4am by doing 20 minutes worth of Zumbe. So welcome to my journey and i hope you will join me for this wonderful weight loss journey. Feel free to add me as i need some friends

    Well good luck! I have had two kiddos and thyroid trouble.. its been a challange but this app/site has been very helpful!
