Help!

I'm 5'3/160.5cm and 65.4kg/144lb and currently eating 1200 calories.
However I seem hungry a lot, despite eating things that should make me feel full, and drinking up to 4litres of water a day.
Could it be because I'm not eating enough for my age? I'm in my mid teens (which means I technically shouldn't be on this website...), and usually work out 5-6 times a week.
Thanks :)

Yes - eat more - especially if you are exercising. Also you might want to check out Sparkteen.com

ur going to do the following things on your current diet/routine:

Loose a substantial amount of muscle mass

    Potentially stunt growth

Become a skinny fat person who still has squishy flabby areas despite loosing tons of weight

Be forced to eat lower and lower calories as your muscle mass decreases, meaning the day you finally stop going hungry you will gain weight a lot easier as your TDEE has plummeted.

Probably end up miserable as fuark.

Read stickies on nutrition, the importance of muscle mass, lift, stop with the excessive cardio, up calories, enjoy life.
