Hey everyone!!! I’m Jess and I’m back on my weight loss journey after giving birth 4 mths ago. I’ve hit my peak and I’m having trouble losing my extra weight. I’m trying to stay hopeful and positive. Some days are just harder than others. I get discouraged and want to give up. But I want to prove to myself I can do this. I know it’ll take time and lots of determination. Starting is the hardest part. Just stay consistent and truly be honest with counting your macros or calories. It’s a marathon not a sprint. You’ll be there soon enough with hard work and dedication.3
