Back strengthening exercises?

Anyone have any great back strengthening exercises that have worked for you? My back and core are exceptionally weak. I have stretches I do, but they don't seem to be helping.

Bridging (yoga move) keeps my back from going out.1

Do you have access to a gym? Weighted rows are great for strengthening your back if you do. Back extensions and incline sit ups (with or without weight added) are also good ones.
Also at home planks, bridges, and Superman’s are all great floor exercises to strengthen and stabilize those muscles2 -

Following generic advice could be risky with your medical issues. Seek help from a PT, sports PT, sports medicine clinic, etc.2 -
learn to squat and deadlift.6

Deadlifts done properly are amazing at making your back strong. Do lots of research on the form.0
