Juicing tips and recommendations

Well im finished with the 3rd day of juicing and its pretty hard. But aside from that im eating whole fruits and vegetables. I also added milk to my after workout meal. Any recommendations from any juicers out there?

Good thing you added milk.
I recommend adding more protein and fat. Probably solid food, too.
Then, you might want to stop throwing away so much of the delicious, nutritious fruits and vegetables you bought.0 -
add chicken. People say you can't even taste it.0

thanks for the info, i was thinking of adding tuna or fish fillet to my lunch since its packed with protein0
