I've been lurking here for three weeks but haven't introduced myself because I thought I'd quit but I think I actually have the motivation to stick with it this time!! YAY! Down 9.9 pounds this month, only 40 to go!! I've been logging every morsel and added 35 minutes of brisk treadmill walking to my daily routine Monday-Friday. I just moved into a building with a gym AND I just got engaged! So good timing and happiness all around! Looking forward to a happy, healthier future! Feel free to friend me!
