Hi friends, I live in Florida and like everyone here want to use this app to focus on exactly what I am eating to adjust my calories and measure my nutrients. What I am seeing from some on the message boards is vibe of hesitation or uncertainty that you can use this tool, lose the weight and reach your goal, whatever that may be, 10, 20, 50 or 100 pounds(or Kilos). It is possible, you just need to be realistic, consistent and focused but you can achieve it. Get excited, because each day is a new day to put one more block in your Arc de triomphe with your name on it. If you get off track, then get back on, and get over it. Your future self is saying to you now that you are making the right decision. Imagine how you will feel when you succeed? You can do it! Good luck.
