    I'm going to try to get back at it this month...again!! Lol. Stella and grandma jackie are so motivating!!

    I'm going to do LC's ab workout, and the Tricep Dips. I may try to throw in the 21 Day Arm Sculpting when I can.

    I'm like you *sigh*. I've put on 15 pounds since last July. I still needed to lose 20, so I'm back to trying to work off 40, grrr.

    Completed a mixture of them all alongside a quick 15 minute HIT this morning. Felt great! Going to sit down and combine them all into one calendar I think, tweaking it a little :smiley:
