NO boosters and cardio

Guys, I'm curious, I noticed in many threads about NO supplements that people seem to be taking them for any kind of workout, be it lifting, circuits or cardio. Some two years ago when I just started my flirt with NOXplode a friend saw me doing my weights (about 30min) and instantly proceeding to cardio afterwards. He said I should NEVER EVER do cardio when still on NO booster, as it's a surefire way to wreck havoc to my heart. Told me to just do weights, take a break, wait for NO effect to fully wear out and then do cardio. I got really conscious about it, and kind of scared. Now when I take C4 before my weights, I never follow with cardio. On cardio days, I take HyperFX.

Am I overreacting?
