The more I exercise and loose weight the worse my knees and back are getting.
I literally sound like im walking around with rice crispies in my pants! Its gotten so bad that my hubby can't stand walking up the stairs with me. He has to either go up first or wait til ive gone up just so he doesnt have to hear the grinding cracking sounds.
Every time I sit or stand my back (5 slipped dics, and healed stress fractures) just POPs. It sounds like a dislocated limb going back into place. The thing is none of this hurts! It just sounds gross!
Does anyone else have similar issues? Is there anything to be done about it?

I’m curious about this too. I make my bf crack my back everyday and sometimes we have contests to see who can crack their ankle joints more! Both of us have very noisey joints. Stretching helps stop the loud clicking, but I have a persistent crackling in my knees, especially walking up steps, that doesn’t seem to respond to anything. None of this hurts me either so who the hell knows! I’m only 31 so it better not be arthritis!1

My joints have cracked since I hit puberty. mostly my ankles and wrists and neck and back but sometimes my knees and elbows and fingers and toes. Occasionally my jaw will click. That usually hurts though1

I'm pretty sure im just old and falling apart! LoL
From what some others have told me Its just years of abuse on my body from the weight ive carried. I'm not sure if it will ever get better but as long as it doesnt hurt or stop me from exercising I'm just gonna keep going....
Unless of course someone out there knows more then I do and tells me off for it hahah0 -

I tend to get more noisy in the joints when my fat consumption drops dramatically. Maybe just me...1

Following this to see if anyone has a reason for it. My husband and I are 37 and 41 and none of this has happened with either of us yet.1

See I was thinking that maybe my fat has been cushioning my joints all these years, and i need to build up my muscles now to strengthen them.
Just a thought.0
