Hi my name is ahmad. My first month here and i reached my goal today. Which is very nice. My scale is not accurate but i guess i was 94 and reached 86 in 1 or 2 month time.
I am not dieting i am trying to do a nutrition plan that i can stick for many years. Oatmeal, dairy, egss, chicken breast and greens are my main food sources.
I am looking for some fatbuddy to lose fat together and help eachother. I hope everybody reach their goals.
