Default settings

I have changed my % settings so many times ....please can someone tell me what the default protein, fat, carb default % is?

    MFP's default: 20% protein, 30% fat, and 50% carbs.

    My settings are messed up. I have mine set up differently from the default %. When I look at my macro chart though, it still shows the default %, despite me ensuring that they are correct under the goals setting.
