Suggestions for jiggly bits please...

Over the last year and a bit (have logged in to MFP for 401 days) I have lost just over 23kgs.
I am not great with exercise but try and walk most days. I have a desk job where I sit for most of the day.
I’m 52 years old and am really noticing my stomach in particular but also my upper arms becoming very soft and jiggly, where before even though I was bigger, they were a lot firmer!
My stomach also seems to be the last thing to downsize, is that normal?
Just after some suggestions for firming up.
Thank you.

Yes, it is very normal for the stomach to be the last to go. Last as in very last 5 lbs for many people.
As for jiggly bits, part will be waiting for your skin to shrink more, which can take a year or more after a big loss. And part will be building some muscle, which will help you reshape a bit and has other benefits like added strength, stronger bones. Any kind of resistance exercise can help with this--calisthenics, TRX, lifting weights, etc.
Congrats on your big loss!1
