Goal

I've set up a goal for myself to try and log every day for 30 days, and not weigh myself. My goal is to maintain calories and make it to the gym 6 days a week! So today is day one! I'm going to update this thread daily with my progress as a way to keep myself on task.. my goal today is to maintain calories and to make it to the gym for cardio in the evening!

    Thank You.. it's very hard to not be focused on the scale. But I'm going to try. I'm 5'5 and 146-148, I'd like to get down to 136-138 - seems impossible sometimes!

    As promised .. day 2... 1250 calories .... I didn’t get to workout today but I will tomorrow :)
