At what point do you realise that your weight is levelling off and you need to change up your eating/routine? 2/3 weeks of no weigh loss in the event of sticking rigidly to calories? Just interested here.

This. And if you’ve stalled for this long with no changes in activity, it’s most often an issue with your logging.1
