30 DAY SHRED RESULTS

I'm really excited to share my results. They aren't the biggest changes but it is only 30 days!
On day one I was 189lb and now I'm 182lb so I lost 7 lb!
I didn't lose any inches from my waist but I lost 3 inch from my hips.
Here are my before and after photos
My boyfriend took this photo as I was about to walk away and I think it really shows improvement on my legs
Although the changes aren't very visible I can feel that my body and silhouette is firmer and a lot more toned. I can now feel stomach muscle, and once I lose more weight I think it will start to show.
Really worth it just to lose 7lb.
Ripped in 30 next!
ooh I almost forgot
I have collarbones! Seriously.... these were buried before

I must admit that I've done the 30 day shred (and more, real rope jumping and some other moves worked in) now for about 2 months and have no 'results' like that.
No measurement changed: hip, waist circumference, thighs, arms etc have not really changed at all; weight has gone up and down again.
My endurance is back up to where it was when I was able to go running, as is my resting heart rate, I guess. I can only guess because I didn't measure where it was before.0 -
It's the first time I've done any exercise that isn't just cardio. But whilst doing the shred I also did running, swimming, a dance class, walking and a HIT training class that nearly killed me.
I've seen a lot of result photos from others with better results than me but I guess everybody is different!I must admit that I've done the 30 day shred (and more, real rope jumping and some other moves worked in) now for about 2 months and have no 'results' like that.

Actually love squats now! girls best friend!0 -
I also do 40 mins swimming a week, a 60 minute dance class once a week, and running 3 times a week. But shred has really given me more strength, I had none before.0
