Mac and cheese, ham, Turkey sandwich, collared greens, a biscuit and candied yams. All in one day, 1300 calorie goal, 355 left?? Hmmmm... MFP is making me fat lol, or maybe 1300 is just a lot of food. And yes the measurements are accurate using a scale. Anyone else ever felt like they were eating more than they actually we're?

As long as you eat the right serving size, yep you can eat those foods for 1000 cals. Those are foods I would eat far more than 1000 cals of
but that is the beauty of calorie counting and accurate logging!
