Over an hour after weightlifting and forgot to have protein

So I finished weightlifting over an hour ago and I didn’t get a chance to have protein.
I read online that we are to have protein 30-60 minutes after weightlifting.
What should I do now?

Have the protein if you want it. All that's necessary is that you're getting enough protein overall.4

I'd eat/drink the protein and move along with your day.4
