I had to google heart healthy tic diet.

Dunno, given that the diet has quite a bit of carbohydrate foods already. Does it say you can't have sweets in moderation?

Low trans fat, low sat fat, very low cholesterol. Looking for tips to stop the craving. Berries do okay and tea helps.

Eat a little bit of the thing you crave. Make it fit into your day.

Are you also trying to lose weight or just your food choices as per the heart healthy therapeutic life changes diet?

<https://cardiosmart.org/~/media/Documents/Fact%20Sheets/en/abk6159.ashx 25% to 35% fats, mostly unsaturated, no more than 7% saturated, no more than 200mg cholesterol, "sweets and snacks: choose snacks that are low in fat or are made with unsaturated fat">

I would look into eggless muffins! Actually, given the no egg, low amounts of dairy restriction, I would look into vegan desserts!

However, if your goal is to lose weight... things might get more interesting...

Maybe google some DASH diet dessert recipes? The DASH diet would be in line with your goals, and offers lots of food ideas and recipes.
