Keeping track, rather than losing weight?

So I don't need to lose weight; merely keep track of my eating and calories for my fitness regime.

I'm 5"10 and 125 lbs, so as you can imagine, not keen to go under!

I'm looking for similar buddies, or just anyone who fancies a chat and to share ideas of health and fitness regimes.
