Hi. I’ve been following weightwatchers for 7 weeks and have lost 15lbs. I’ve got a lot more to lose. My first goal is another 6lbs in 6 weeks. Then a further 21lbs by mid August.
I am very active at the gym and also do karate. I’m trying to make lifestyle changes and have dramatically reduced my alcohol intake and I try to avoid wine as much as possible.
A gym buddy would be great. I’m in Falkirk.

Hello and congratulations on taking off 15 pounds! My wife has started back to weight watchers as well and erased 20 pounds in 10 weeks. I made it to lifetime back in 2006 on Weight Watchers but stopped going to the meetings and gained all of the weight that i had lost back and then some. I am not using the Weight Watchers plan currently to get the weight off however I know for a fact that it works. Congrats on reducing your alcohol intake, you are doing great! You will have those 6 pounds off in no time at all and the further 21 will be long gone too. Keep up the fantastic work!0
