I'm just a couple of weeks in but I had some positives over the weekend - my double chin is disappearing, my collar bone seems more defined, and my Mom and Aunt both commented that I've lost weight.
Still a long way to go, but it was a great boost!
I did eat a lot of chocolate over easter weekend - but I'm not beating myself up - life is for living. Here's to the next pound down (really trying to take this journey 1lb at a time!)
