What is the best pre-workout for a woman trying to lose weight?

    Black coffee. 0 calories. Pre-workouts don't help you lose weight. They are just stimulants and mostly caffeine.

    I like a Monster Ultra Zero in the afternoon. I don't like pre-workouts, though. They don't let me sleep.

    As already stated, PWO doesn't help you lose weight. Find a caffeine source you like, that doesn't have added calories, and use that. It may be a PWO, it may be coffee or Monster, or maybe just a caffeine tablet.

    A calorie deficit has worked for me. You should look it up and see if you can get yourself some.

    Also weight loss is not gender specific. Aside from essential vitamins no pre workouts or workout supplements are for a single gender. It's called targetted marketing.
