Hi from Switzerland! Need unneutral motivation!

Hi,
been trying to lose weight since puberty, but it's getting harder every year. After having my baby in March, I've made the resolution to lose weight in be in the BEST SHAPE of my life. Would like to achieve that before I turn 40 next year. Hardly but on any weight in pregnancy and was back to pre-preg weight in no time, but started out overweight, so not such a big achievement.
I want to lose between 9 to 15 kg, thats roughly around 20 to 30 pounds. Started 30 day shred last week and have never been able to follow a program this long (yes, 7 days).
So, who is up to kick my but once in a while to stop me from giving up?

It's good to have a target to aim for - I kind of missed the boat on doing it before I was 40 so I'm aiming for 45 lol0
