NEED MOTIVATION

Hey Guys I have been a member of this wonderful community since 2012 and I have had great success. My Starting weight was 187 hit my goal of 131 but have since gained 15 pounds back. I kind of got lazy with my logging and really want to get remotivated. Need support and motivation!! I refuse to go back to the old me!! I am 45 and have kept the weight off for 5 years before it started sneaking back on me. Thank you all :smiley:

    I made my goal and kept tracking for five years.
    I’ve been maintaining for 11 years total. Since I started mainting without tracking I’ve had various episodes of calorie creep. These inevitably lead to scale creep.

    Twice I’ve gone back to tracking. One time was particularly tough, but it’s worked every time I’ve tried it.
