Hello, I’m not new to Keto but have had many stumbling blocks. Just when I start momentum, I fall off the wagon. Right now my overall goal is to lose 80lbs by the end of the year. But for now, I hope to lose 9lbs by April 15th.
Would love friends to share ideas and get new ideas from the food diaries. So, if anyone wants to start over with me or just continue your journey, please feel free to add me as a friend.

I have been doing keto since 2/26/18 also. Down 16 lbs. Any of you can feel free to add me too. Nothing like motivation from people in the same spot, and not to mention a little accountability2
