hi, i'm a 21 year old male, my hight is 177cm i weight currently 80KG which is borderline overweight, i used to be 90KG i went down to 65KG i gained alot of my weight back my goal was to reach 60KG and i never did it and i wanna do it now, this used to be my diet 5 years ago
wake up at 7am go to school, come back home at 3:30pm, exercise on my treadmill for 30-45min, take a shower, 5pm eat 2 plain sandwiches of wheat breed with turkey/tuna drink lots of water afterwords around 2000ml or more, play video games till 9pm, go to sleep at 10pm
this was basically how i lost weight for over 4 months, i was so happy i felt light and really happy i was always energized just eating 1 meal a day was enough for me and it didnt turn me into a stick i still had fats at 65KG thats why i think 60KG is perfect for me, should i do it again if it worked out fine in the past?

60 kg is awfully light for a male, and it sounds like you were undereating before (how many calories? where was the fat and fruits/veggies?).
Set your goal to lose .5 kg a week. Eat the amount of calories it says plus at least a portion of your exercise calories. Do some combination of cardio and strength/resistance training...lack of the latter is what led to you looking "skinny fat".1 -

it was just 1 meal a day at 5-7pm and i ate turky/tuna sandwhich or i'd eat from a Lebanon food which consisted of roasted chicken thats it no veggy no fruits no nothing and it did help alot i lost about 3grams every 2 days it felt amazing i ate after exercising3 -
No, don't do that. That's terribly unhealthy. Do what @malibu927 suggests.0

That is a terrible plan unless you want to lose your muscle along with the fat. 1 meal of 2 plain protein sandwiches is not nearly enough food for a young active male. You are also going to be missing out on a whole host of nutrients.0
