Reaching Goals

On September 14, 2016, to be exact I decided to make a change, I wanted to be healthier have more energy more active and feel and look better, I started at 185 using 16 size pants. I look back and I get the teary eye, None of it was easy for me I have to say they were days that I felt like giving up but I would pick myself up again.
