Lopsided macros

I'm having a problem with my macros. I've found that fat works best for making me feel full, but on many days I overshoot my fat allotment by 30 - 50%. It's especially bad on days when I work out because I find myself at the end of the day with a 250 - 300 calorie deficit and my go-to snack is toast with butter or peanut butter. My carbs tend to be vegetables and my carb numbers are low a lot of the time.
What carb-y things are out there that I can dispense with a couple hundred calories quickly? I know I need to bring my macros in closer to the guidelines. I understand why I'm supposed to eat my exercise calories, but this becoming a pain in the butt. As summer comes and I get more active this is only going to get worse, so I need advice if anyone has some.

The default macros are just a guideline. They're one possible way to setup your eating plan. It's not something you have to stick to unless there's more to your story (like some kind of medical need for lower fats). If you're having a hard time sticking to them, why not adjust your settings so the numbers are more in line with the way you like to eat?
