Bloating from increased fiber

About 1 week ago, I've increased my fiber intake from around 15g/day to around 30g/day to help with my chronic constipation.

Constipation is (mostly) gone. Sadly I'm struggling with being bloated and gassy. I know that my body will adjust over time to the increased fiber (anyone know how long that takes?). I just hope that happens before people start pulling out gas masks when I'm in the vicinity. I have no intention of dropping below 30g/day again, I'm more planning on upping to 40g/day once I no longer feel like a balloon (trying out has shown that that's when I get the most satisfying BM, if you're wondering).

Is there anything I can do to help against the bloating?

I'm making sure to get 2L of fluid per day (usually in the form of herbal infusions, black tea or plain water - all unsweetened) and on average 80g/day fat.
