Hi all, over the past year I have found I have gone from eating well to eating chocolate. I now want to get back to eating healthy and moving more.. I would love some friends to share journeys with.. please add me to you or post for me to add you to me. I have around 20lbs to lose and want to get back to doing Gillian Michaels and running and cycling.. would love to hear from you xx
