Hey y’all! Just a few words of encouragement! I have found out that if I allow some flexibility during my week of calorie counting, I am more likely to stick to my goals of achieving my ideal weight. So keep up the good work ladies and gents

I do this on a daily basis, while making sure I stick to my calorie target. While following a healthy balanced diet in general. I also bank calories some days (Looking at a daily average for the week). To save them to be able to work in a larger calorie treat of my choice.1

I try to eat healthy 5 days of the week and splurge 2 days. I find that on my cheat days I still try to eat healthy and I don’t crave my old junk foods.
I recently purchased an air fryer and I love it!!!0
