Hi,
So I've been doing Chalean Extreme for 2 months now. I've starated to add in Turbo Jam Fat Blaster. I love it so far.
For the people who have used the programs do you think that its fine to start with Turbo Fire or would you start with one of the others?
What would you say the biggest difference between them is?
I'd like to ask for this for Christmas :blushing: Its so sad that all my gifts revolve around working out now.

Turbo Fire has a prep schedule for people not quite Turbo Fire ready. So it's an excellent program to start and grow with.
It's basically an entire program built around the popularity of the Fat Blaster video.0 -
Why not do Turbo Fire?? If you've been doing CLX you're ready TF is more cardio, interval training. Even the 15 minute workouts will kick your BOOTY! THink CLX burn intervals.
PM me if you have any other questions0 -
If your two months into Chalene Extreme, I think Turbo Fire will be fine! I hadn't done cardio like hers in awhile (I did P90X, RevAbs then Brazil Butt Lift), I am in my third week and still have a little trouble following along, but there is a "new to class" option that will give you the breakdown of the routine until you can get it. Like any other program, you modify it to your intensity/fitness level. You will do fine! I love it and just celebrated by buying some ew sorkout shoes!0

I did the Brazil Butt lift for about three weeks. To me it wasn't a good stand alone workout, I think it really needs to be done in conjunction with something else. But in those three weeks I did notice a differnece. I like to huff and puff and drip sweatt, and this didn't do it for me. I t was a nice break between RevAbs and TurboFire!0
