Have to stay accountable

I've been working out pretty consistently for quite some time. However, that doesn't mean I should eat what I want. Getting back to MFP to keep holding myself accountable! Who's in the same boat as me?

Why shouldn't you eat what do you want? Do you only want to eat Skittles and lard?0

I am re-starting MFP, too. What are the things you like to eat that are off-limits? Maybe you could focus on what you CAN eat that are tasty instead of what you CANNOT eat?
I am 5'1", currently at 135 lbs, goal weight is 105 lbs, plus or minus 5 lbs. Would like to have someone to check in from time to time to keep accountable, too.0 -

I am Italian so I love my pizza and carbs haha. I do not eat too terrible but I would like to cut around 10 to 15 pounds. MFP really helps with the accountability for calories. Gotta get rid of this winter fluff! Let's check in with each other from time to time. What are your plans for this weight loss?0
