New beginnings!!!!

Hey everyone. So. Back in the saddle and starting my weight loss journey!!!! Currently 6ft 3 in and at 315 lbs. I used to be 220 with 7% body fat but a broken back gained me about 100 lbs. looking for friends in similar situations or those with recommendations. Since I am coming back from an injury and am also older in age I know this journey may be hard. Especially since I have developed some bad habits. Feel free to add me and I look forward to working with you all on our goals!
