I want the motivation to get to class at least 3 days a week and workout at least 2 others. With someone telling me i think i will lol. I want to lose weight and be a beast on the mats. But easier said then done lol.

    Hey Russ, i just got this app today and I’m literally looking for the same thing. I’m a bjj blue belt that is feeling a little less motivated lately. I need to get back to the mats and I want to eat healthier, lose weight and add strength training to the whole thing.
