How much do you weigh and how tall are you?
It might be tough but with discipline you can do it.

Ok, i went from 185 to 156 in 6 months.
Im trying to get to 150 by May 1st...and go from there. Its harder now.
You don't have much to lose, so it will be harder. But not impossible!
    I 'm 5'5"

So you have total of 25lb to lose and you want to do it in just over 2 months??

I dont think that is realistic or sensible, sorry.

I had about that amount to lose and I lost it in 10 months - a kg a month or in imperial terms around 1/2 lb week.

Might seem slow but I have since kept it off for more than 4 years.

I think you are better off doing it slowly rather than risk yo yo dieting or crash and burning through over aggressive target - especially since you have history of being 'serial starter'

The bigger thing is not weight loss... it's fat loss and generally 0.5 - 1% of your body fat per week is a good goal to aim for. And one of the best ways to help maintain your muscle, so you see body fat reductions is maintain a higher protein level (~110-130g/day) and do some form a resistance training, and on off days do some cardio for heart health.

Time will be your friend, not your enemy here. You don't have enough to lose to be able to do that much weight loss that quickly and still be healthy. You might reach your goal weight in your goal time, but will you be more healthy or less healthy when you get there? How will you know? And what will you do when you get there?

These are leading questions designed to get to this one: why does the number 135 mean what it does for you?

    Hi,
With a positive attitude and a clear goal your off to a good start, but I think the time scale is a little tight, try and break it down, set short term goals so you don't get disheartened by feeling you are not achieving. Achievble goals will keep you motivated.
I to am on a journey to lose weight, some 60lbs and having people on the same journey helps, please feel free to add me for support.

Would you get depressed and give up? Or would you look at the success you've had and keep going?
