Metabolism Miracle & Night Shift

Anybody out there have any suggestions? I work 7p to 7a and sleep most of the day between shifts. I'm on day 2 and just want to make sure I'm doing this correctly.

    There's nothing miraculous we can do for our metabolisms except move more in our waking hours.
    To lose all you need to do is eat the calories given when you set up your MFP profile to lose weight.

    As long as you're logging food accurately sticking to your calorie goal over the week, then you will be fine. You might find it more helpful to switch your meal names to time slots (example rename Breakfast to 00:00-06:00, lunch to 06:00-12:00, etc) you can do this from settings.
