Hello,

I am just starting back into healthy eating as i took a slight wrong turn after a break up and easter. Just looking for support and motivation to keep me going and i am happy to give it back. Calories wise im on 1300 a day and looking to lose a few pounds and tone up.

    What rate of loss have you chosen? If you have only a few pounds to lose you should only be aiming for 0.5lbs per week and that will give you a 250 calorie deficit (and likely more than 1300 calories) which will probably help with sustainability.
