My name is Ali.
I'm a serial dieter.

I've gone from:

235lbs and hating my body.

To 130lbs and feeling okay-ish about my body.

To 175lbs now, and really hating my body.

I am in such a rut; I eat well for 3 days then binge for 2 and gain all the weight I had lost in those 3 'good' days. I've tried being a vegetarian, paleo, high fat, low fat, back to disordered behaviours, everything to just drop some pounds.

I just need some support.

How have you all dealt with losing weight after gaining it back? Are there any success stories out there?
