Chipotle

Hi All,
So I really love me some Chipotle but have found that their nutrition calculator is a bit on the low side calorie wise so I tend to double the servings of calorie heavy ingredients such as rice/chicken/sour cream and opted out of having cheese. So this usually brings my bowl to 900 calories as opposed to their 600 calories. My issue is that it doesn't seem to matter if I do this and try to stay within my calorie goal...even if I go over by 100 or so calories my weight seems to always go up the next day.
Has anyone had success 'guesstimating' their calories from chipotle? I'm debating whether its worth it at this point haha! My suspicion is that the calories are probably in the 1000-1300 range which is insane..

Chipotle and all restaurants have high sodium counts, which will cause you to retain more water4

I can guarantee that if I eat Chipotle my weight will go up 3lbs the next day. It evens out a day or so later. I just know it and accept it.1

Uhhh...sodium. It's restaurant food...it's a sodium bomb. High sodium causes water retention.
How do you know that their calorie information is on the low side? It seems relatively accurate to me.3 -
I gave up Chipotle and don't miss it. Not worth it to me for room temperature food.
Why can't they keep it hot????3 -

Ok I am already aware of how restaurants can have food that is on the higher end when it comes to sodium but I logged it and it wasn't that high. I suppose the nutritional entries were not accurate. And because the serving sizes aren't that small when compared to what they actually give you.
The sodium value given off of their website for what I had is 1050mg which doesn't seem too absurdly high to me When I double the three ingredients it is 1740 mg...considering the only other thing I had that day was one cup of baked beans (1100mg sodium) I wasn't that much over my daily allowance of sodium. Ah well.1 -
I always get a burrito bowl with steak or chicken, black beans OR rice (not both), fajita vegetables, pico de gallo and sour cream. A lot of fast food and Tex Mex food makes my weight go up the next day from sodium but not Chipotle. I estimate the bowls I get between 550-700 calories.0
