Progress in exercise...backtracking on weight loss

When I sucked it up and weighed in this AM I saw I've gained 5 lbs. I chalk a little of it up to muscle gains as I'm now exercising regularly but the rest of it is not counting calories.
Work is beyond stressful at this point (federal employee...'nuff said), hubby is still dealing with post-shingles pain, and my disabled son is currently living with us. Let's just say that it's a lot, especially when I've had a couple of months of heavy work travel with two more intense travel months to go and a university commencement address to deliver at the end of this month.
We have five grandsons ages almost two to 6 - two in Toronto, two in Brazil, and one in Tennessee. Right now I don't have time for hobbies besides getting in an hour of cardio at least 5 times a week.
Long story short, my goal for this month is to stick to my workout goal, start tracking food again, stay on top of work, and give a speech that doesn't make the grafuates roll their eyes on the 28th.
I look forward to getting to know you all and cheering you on.
